After being hired in September 2019, I began to revamp GetVokl’s social presence. Market research told me our core audience was on Instagram. Primary company goals for social media were increasing awareness of monetization, and emphasizing the “magic” of live shows.

When GetVokl announced monetization, these posts incentivized our existing following to take another look at the platform. As a live video platform, it was crucial to get creative while making content. Video content netted more views and engagement, and drove more traffic to the platform.
Video Content for Podcasters
Clipping and editing video content was a big part of my content creation cycle. The aim of these videos was to show fans great moments they may miss if they don’t tune in live.
Creators often requested these clipped videos, reflecting the increased engagement this type of video content generates. Sunny Megatron of American Sex Live, a sex educator and entertainer, often requested these funny clips to promote her show. These clips may be NSFW, depending on where you work!
